Technological innovation gives birth to new atomization products

2025-10-13

Microporous atomizers are part of our piezoelectric ceramic product line. Since its inception, our company's New Energy Project Team has been dedicated to process reform and technological innovation for this product. Recently, a customer inquired about a new microporous atomizer product for medical, cosmetic, and environmental beautification applications. Its application areas and product parameters differ significantly from existing atomizer products. Our company implemented a three-step technological innovation process to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product performance to meet customer needs.

First, we reformed the product formula to enhance performance. After comparative testing and analysis, the project team and experts ultimately decided to modify the ratio of trace elements within the existing formula, thereby increasing the atomization volume of the atomizer chip and reducing the output current to meet customer needs.

Second, we forged a modular die to improve die punching efficiency. The existing die was a standard die, resulting in a cumbersome and complex production process. Repeated assembly and disassembly, coupled with lengthy operation times, reduced production efficiency, impacting the overall batch production schedule. The modular die not only halved production time but also eliminated the tedious assembly and disassembly process, significantly improving production efficiency. Secondly, we innovated the bonding process to improve yield. Improving product yield is one of the most important ways for companies to reduce costs. The bonding between ceramic wafers and metal sheets is a crucial factor affecting product yield. Through repeated comparative experiments with various adhesives and continuous innovation in bonding fixtures, we have developed a unique bonding process. Ultimately, this effectively increases yield and reduces production costs.

Through these three steps of technological innovation, our company's new microporous atomization product has gained customer recognition and has great potential for development.
